Terry Boyle, CEO
Terry has driven growth and innovation in consumer retail, having led high-profile companies like Nordstromrack.com, HauteLook, Trunk Club, and Zulily, where he significantly improved financial performance. Additionally, Terry was co-founder and CEO of AI-driven Behold and serves on the board of The Black Tux.
Jamin Nieri, COO
Jamin is a leader in global supply chain logistics and the former CEO of Fashion Distribution Services at Savino Del Bene. She has previously consulted in international shipping and third-party logistics (3PL) for the fashion industry.
Herman Radtke, CTO
Herman is a distinguished engineering leader with over 20 years of experience. His expertise is in building large-scale SaaS infrastructure and leading high-performance teams, and his experience includes tenure at companies such as Narvar and Nordstrom Rack / Hautelook.
Max Große Lutermann, MD Europe
Max leads UK-EU initiatives from Trove’s European HQ in Berlin. Previous roles include reverse.supply, which he co-founded, Coureon Logistics, and Zalando.
